How it works
Choose the week and whether it starts on Monday or Sunday, then pick a layout. The day labels in the form update with the dates, so you can see which Tuesday you are typing into. Each line of text sits on a ruled line of the sheet, and anything that does not fit is cut with "…" rather than spilling over. The preview is drawn from the same layout as the PDF.
- Seven columns. Best for appointments and shifts. Weekends are shaded so they stand out at a glance.
- Two-page spread. Bigger boxes for each day, like an open paper diary, with goals at the top right and notes in the last box.
- Goals and notes. Three or four goals for the week is plenty. Notes is for anything without a day yet.
A 10-minute weekly review
- Look back at last week’s sheet. Move anything unfinished that still matters.
- Put in fixed events first: work shifts, appointments, school and sports.
- Write two to four goals for the week in "Goals this week".
- Give each goal a day, so it has a time and is not just a wish.
- Leave some empty space. A plan with no slack falls apart at the first surprise.
Pair it with the daily planner for busy days, or the habit tracker for things you want to do every day.
Questions people ask
What is the difference between the two layouts?
Seven columns puts Monday to Sunday side by side, like a desk pad, with goals and notes along the bottom. The two-page spread copies a paper planner opened flat: four days on the left half, three days and notes on the right, with a fold line down the middle. Both fit on one sheet.
Can I fill it in online and then print?
Yes. Type each day’s plans, your goals for the week and any notes, and they appear on the lines of the sheet. Start a new line with Enter. Then print or download the PDF.
Can I print a blank weekly planner?
Yes. Tick "Print it blank" to leave out the dates and your text, and print as many copies as you like. The "Week of" line is left for you to write in.
How is "week of" worked out?
Pick any date and the planner uses the week that contains it, starting on Monday or Sunday as you choose. A week can run across two months or two years; the heading shows both, such as "December 29, 2026 to January 4, 2027".
Which paper size should I use?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) is standard in the US and Canada; A4 (210 × 297 mm) almost everywhere else. Landscape is the default because seven columns need the width; portrait works too and gives longer columns.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark and no limit. The planner is drawn in your browser and the PDF is made on your device, so what you type is never uploaded.
