Privacy policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
The short version
- There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name or email to use any tool.
- Numbers you type into calculators are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Files you open in our PDF and image tools are processed on your own device. They are never uploaded to us, and we can't see them.
- We do not run any analytics service.
- Ads are not showing yet, but Google AdSense code is on our pages while Google reviews the site. The advertising section below explains what that means.
Who we are
This website, fixnfigure.com, is run by FixnFigure, an independent project. For any privacy question or request, contact our contact inbox, which is being set up and will be listed here as soon as it works.
What we collect and why
Your tool inputs and files
None of it reaches us. Calculations and file processing happen in your browser. Some tools, including the time card calculator, the invoice generator and the signature tool (only if you tick "remember on this device"), can save your entries in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time. That data can include names, addresses or a logo you added to an invoice. It stays on your device; we can't see it. Use the tool's delete button or your browser settings to remove it.
Some tools download extra components the first time you use them, such as the text-recognition (OCR) language files or the background-removal model. They come from our own website and are stored by your browser so the tool works faster next time. Downloading them sends nothing about your files.
Request data handled by our host
Our host, Cloudflare, receives standard technical data when your browser loads a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, under its own privacy policy. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for this.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to fix what you reported, and we delete it within 24 months unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Advertising and cookies
Ads are not showing yet. We have applied to Google AdSense, so every page loads Google's ad code while Google reviews the site. Until ads are approved, no ads appear, but Google may receive your IP address and browser details and may read or set cookies when that code loads. When ads start, the rest of this section applies in full and we will update the date above.
Our tools never send your files, passwords or calculator entries to Google or anyone else; they are processed in your browser. To keep it simple on the most sensitive pages, we leave Google's code off the pages where you type a PDF password (Unlock PDF and Password protect PDF), and no ads will appear there.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
Before any ads run, you'll see a consent message from a Google-certified consent tool, and personalized ads will be shown only if you agree. You'll be able to change or withdraw consent at any time from a "Privacy settings" link at the bottom of every page. The legal basis for ad cookies will be your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). For security logs, it is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). For answering your emails, it is legitimate interests or taking steps you asked for.
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
US state privacy rights, including California
We don't sell personal information for money. Once ads run, ad cookies may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under some US state laws. When that happens, a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link will appear at the bottom of every page, and we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Residents of some states have rights to access, correct and delete personal information. Because we don't keep accounts or tool inputs, the information we hold is usually limited to emails you sent us. Send requests to our contact inbox, which is being set up and will be listed here as soon as it works and we'll respond within the time the law requires (45 days in California). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Do Not Track
Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed standard, so the site doesn't respond to it differently. We run no analytics. Google's AdSense code is on our pages for site review, and once ads run, our ad partners may collect information about your activity over time and across websites, as described above, and we will honor Global Privacy Control.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note the change here.
